What To Expect:

Step 1.
Express Interest
Student applies for the Swanston Equipment Take Flight Sponsorship online or let’s us know they are interested in learning more.
Step 2.
Let's Chat
Conversations, site visits, etc. We want to make sure you feel informed about your options.
Step 3.
Join The Program
Once accepted into the Take Flight Sponsorship Program, you’re ready to take on the next steps.
Step 4.
School is in Session
Student attends diesel program with intermittent on-the-job paid training as well as paid internships at Swanston Equipment.
Step 5.
Graduation and Career
Upon graduation, student is hired by Swanston Equipment as a full time employee and begins earning their tuition reimbursement.
